Some individuals might not remember what it feels like to be healthy, and others are looking for ways to improve their health with Chiropractic care. Mindset: You have to want to be healthy - Your daily decisions influence the lifestyle you lead, and influence the people around you.

Eliminate the interferences between your brain and your body - The messages from the brain have to travel through the central nervous system to all of the cells that make up the body parts. The mind-body link is the key to function. Your body either functions on a level of perfection, considered health, or functions incorrectly, considered dis-ease. When properly aligned, the central nervous system is surrounded and protected by the vertebra. When these vertebra become stuck out of normal alignment they interfere with the messages that are being sent to a body part. Science has called this spinal disease Vertebral Subluxation. My job is to detect and correct these subluxations that create illness and disease in your body.

Restoring Posture: Your posture is a window to your spine - I have always said that if we could see our spine rotting or twisting (like our teeth), everybody would see a chiropractor for spinal maintenance. Science has shown us that poor posture affects and moderates every physiologic function from breathing to hormonal production, spinal pain, headaches, migraines, mood swings, depression, blood pressure, pulse, and lung capacity. Proper Nutrition: you become what you eat - We have classes on how to fuel your body with the right foods.
Drink more water! Most people are dehydrated, causing degeneration throughout their body.
Exercise Daily - No more excuses. Make exercising fun.
Get out and take in some sun - We need sunlight for our body to produce Vitamin D.
